Atlanta attorney Walter W. Davis has been unanimously confirmed by Georgia’s Senate and House Judiciary Committees to become Georgia’s first Statewide Business Court judge. Davis was recently nominated by the governor, as described here, and his rapid unanimous approval is reported on here. Judge Davis will begin the position in 2020.
