As part of its 75th Anniversary, The Business Lawyer has published two new articles on business courts. The first, Through the Decades: The Development of Business Courts in the United States of America, completes a trilogy of TBL Business Court articles from 1997 and 2004. The second, The ABA’s Contribution to the Development of Business Courts in the United States, an essay written by Michigan Business Court Judge Christopher Yates, narrates the ABA Section of Business Law’s historic involvement with Business Courts.
