Since this was originally posted, the Texas legislature has passed a new law, establishing trial level and appellate level business courts statewide. See this post. Thus, I am again updating my business court map, as found here.
I’ll also take this opportunity to remind readers of the business courts bibliography that is regularly updated, which you can find here. While not exhaustive, the list is approaching 500 article citations.
