Yesterday, the Michigan Business Law Journal published its Fall 2023 issue, which includes the tri-annual column, Touring the Business Courts. For this issue’s column, authors Nicole Lockhart and yours truly interviewed the Administrator of Michigan’s State Court Administrative Office (“SCAO”), Honorable Thomas P. Boyd; Berrien County, MI business court judge, Honorable Donna B. Howard; and former Delaware Vice Chancellor Joseph R. Slights III.
