The ABA Business Law Section recently published its Business and Corporate Litigation Committee’s two volume, Recent Developments in Business and Corporate Litigation (2019 edition). The book covers case law and litigation developments in 2018, with 25 chapters on a wide range of subject areas.
Since 2004, this annual publication has included a Business Courts chapter. This year’s Business Courts chapter has updates and developments from Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, New Jersey, New York, Philadelphia, Tennessee, and Wisconsin. It also includes summaries of notable cases from business courts in Arizona, Delaware, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Philadelphia, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, and West Virginia.
Recent Developments in Business and Corporate Litigation is an excellent resource for those interested in keeping up with the evolution of business courts, and, more broadly, for anyone interested in developments in the law affecting corporate and business litigation.
