Atlanta’s 15 year old Business Court has regularly published reports on its operations. The court, part of the Fulton County Superior Court, has published reports in at least 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016, and 2017. The Business Court was also addressed in the Final Report to Georgia’s Governor from the Court Reform Counsel in 2017.
In November 2018, Georgians voted to amend their constitution to create a statewide business court, which will still require considerable study and effort. In the meantime, the Atlanta Business Court, which inspired this change, continues to operate.
