When I began the Business Courts Blog in late 2018, I posted two separate pages of links to business court reports and studies issued by various entities over the years. I do not purport these lists to be the complete embodiment of reports and studies issued over that time period; these are simply reports and studies I’ve collected or located over time.

In recent years, New York has made numerous amendments to the Commercial Division’s rules to improve practice in the Commercial Division. Each one of these changes is typically initiated with a memorandum supporting the change issued by the Commercial Division Advisory Council. Rather than re-listing links to all of those memorandums, I recommended opening the link to the New York category, here, and reviewing relevant posts concerning rule changes.
