Pittsburgh business court judge Christine Ward has issued a Covid-19 coverage opinion, allowing the insured to proceed against its carrier for income loss. Philadelphia business court judge Gary Glazer more recently found the insured baseball team plaintiff could not proceed on its Covid-19 business loss coverage claim because of a plain and clear virus exclusion.
